Right on. A healthy diet and lifestyle is all important, but I have a cheat day once every other month. Anything goes and as much as I want. If I'm on holiday for a week, than one meal each day is whatever I want.

Diets have been around forever. Cheat days were very common since dieting was very low calorie unlike now where the lowest is 1200 calories.

1100 calories is extremely tiring, Sly is a beast to stick to that 5 days a week for years No wonder he had one of the greatest physiques ever seen in movies

Great interview with one of my favorite actors. He was pretty old then but still making decent movies. In fact, I would say they were very underrated, they just didn't compare to his best work. My dad is also a huge Steve Reeves fan.

Not some pre-packaged corporate bubble-gum shit of staged interviews... I like the distant calls from stage-hands stating, "no not ready!" or even applying makeup pre-interview... I'm okay with that, it's a film after all, it's fantasy.
