எனக்கு ஆரம்ப கட்ட வலது தோள்பட்டை வலியால் அவதி படுகிறேன் Sir, physiotherapy video எல்லாம் பாத்தா ரொம்ப பயமா இருக்கு. Excercise மற்றும் உணவு வகைகளை கொண்டு சரி செய்து கொள்ளலாம் என்றும் இருக்கிறது. உங்களின் excercise எனக்கு மிகவும் பிரயோஜனமாக இருக்கிறது. 3rd phase excercise வலி குறைந்த பிறகு தான் செய்ய வேண்டுமா? சார் வணக்கம் கால் முட்டு ( joint ) பகுதியில் அறுவை சிகிச்சை செய்துள்ளார்கள் பிளேட் பொருத்தி இருக்கிறார்கள் அந்த பகுதியில் நீர் போடுகிறது இது சாதரனமா இல்லை நீர் போடாமல் இருக்க எதாவது உனவு கட்டுப்பாடு உள்ளதா ?
