Great Video, ty Hi. I recently brought this TV Box. As i went to connect my PS4 controller to it via bluetooth, it would say its connected and the controller would go blue, but I wouldn't actually be able to do anything with it. *Could you Please check if this is the same for you or if mine is just a dud.* Other than that it's a solid tv box. Thank you so much !!

ciao, eye hope this has been remedied by now? if not get a USB micro keypad and use that to connect to the box,as an alternate to using a remote. Eye will check see if my ps4 pad connects shortley. sorry for the delay with my reply.. 👊😎👑🙏🆙️

ciao, I've recently looked on forums and the remedy if yew still require is thus. The internal memory has become full, and as such has no available memory/ram to write to for booting up. Next to the ethernet cable port input, is a small hole marked as AV.Audio Visual it is an AV port.. aka 3.m mm headfone socket. Get a thin non conductive wooden/plastic poker tool/stylus. Plug in the power cable and keep the micro button that is located inside at the bottom of the AV port depressed for ten seconds,then yew shall get an android boot menu with various settings to select from, including a factory reset, Cache Clear/reset. Can you play netflix using vpn on this? On my other android smartbox, netflix detect using proxy (though on my android phone it works fine)

Have the TVIP FOR almost 2year ,server goes down now and then but has saved us a fortune ,the powers often try to shut them down

hi gerry. hope all is well. could you let david know that you can still do hangouts on youtube if you use a thing called streamyard. its actually better than google hangouts and its free. thats how we have got around it on raconteurs

hi try getting a micro usb keyboard they are 5 £/$ apx. that may help fix the issue. Your volume button on the remote may not be working. look at my other replies to comments reference a reboot to factory settings or clearing settings as required. 👊😎👑🙏🆙️ sorry for the delay with my reply.. 👊😎👑🙏🆙️
