Another great workout Tiff and Dan. I liked the compound movements in the last circuit and enjoyed the three finishers. Definitely a quick and complete total body workout. Loved the no repeat workouts.

I've been doing this workout for a few months now - using 10 pound dumbbells. In between cursing you out, (cue renegade rows) I am awestruck that you are using 25 pound weights!😱 Regardless, I always feel great (victorious and powerful!) at the end of this workout. Thank you!

I have been doing your workout videos for some time and find them quite good. One thing I will say is it is rather difficult to see the white timer when it is against a white wall. Other than that, great videos!
