Thanks! I did this video at least five days a week for about five months and it was extremely helpful to me for losing over 75 pounds. My knee pain is now gone, I attribute that to all the squats in this video. What I thought would be lifelong shoulder pain is now very mild and it was very helpful and getting me to a point where I am now doing a 3000 push-up challenge in the month of May.

A year ago I was doing these videos every day. At some point after losing 25lbs I stopped, and began maintaining weight through diet and walking daily. In the last year I’ve fallen out of touch with my physical self. This week I picked these hiit routines back up and can already feel my physical and mental faculties reconnecting. Thank you!

Hey! I've done this workout five days straight each morning before work. By Friday it was struggle to finish all of the leg routine without a break. This is definitely one of my favorite HIIT routines. Keep up the good work!🙏🏿👏🏿

Forced closure of my gym in March 2020 made me search for an alternative routine. I'm still trying to master this video for the past year and have found some of your other videos perfect as well (I'm only interested in standing-only exercises...I skip the rest). First, I thought it was too focused on legs, but it’s not. I did it with 10 kg of additional weight and felt amazing. Now, I’m finishing with 12 sets of pull-ups. Thanks for the video! :)

Million drops of sweat🎯 45 sec rhythm is just more dynamic, 30 is kinda comfort zone... Everybody is into "new videos", "new content" all the time, although you shared so much content the last couple of months with us, so what's the big deal🤷♂️ Maybe just an excuse, "waitin' 4 the fresh stuff, got bored of the old stuff", so instead of hittin' it, waitin' 4 the perfect moment🤭 Just do this and U'll surely feel how current it is🤘🏽 Thanks Dan🙌🏼
