Making a tabletop game from Clint's works... priceless. "There's two kinds of people: Those with loaded guns and those who dig. You dig."

Great how those buildings for the Peninsular campaigns look fantastic for wild west and would work for Maximilian's Mexico.

After owning this rulebook for several years I recently started making some terrain with a view to playing. This batrep is oddly fortuitous in its timing.

Spectacular terrain! True eye candy. Exciting game but the table do get a bit cluttered by all the cards and markers.

Great video as usual guys - The game looks really cool. I like the activation system - kind of reminds me of the Blood & Plunder system. Kudos on the opening segment - it is awesome!! I just finished watching Fistful of Dollars and that opener looks a lot looks yours. Well done indeed!! What editor are you using now?

Cool game. Love seeing some of the western minis trotted out. What are your thoughts on the game, with the cards and tokens etc?
@tabletopcp4 жыл бұрын
It’s a fun game. Plays fast, simple rules but lots of options. The cards and tokens do kind of clutter the table a bit. But I like the variety the cards add to the game.

Best way to maximise the numbers with the shotgun is shoot, reload and shoot at point blank. As many dice as possible. Marshall is +2 to hit. With the repeater Shoot, aim, shoot gives best results.

How are those Sarissa buildings? Not sure I could justify spending the money needed to fill a table.

If you have a 2 and there is no Joker you can swap the 2 for some other card in your gang.

Interesting game, but the place first mechanic is really gamey. Seems it would be more fair to roll for it.
@tabletopcp4 жыл бұрын
It is different. I think if the game wasn’t being filmed it would work a lot better. But a roll off may be a better idea.
@mitchellberdinka14034 жыл бұрын
@@tabletopcp There is a similar set or rules by Fistful of Lead that uses card activation. Each player is dealt one card for every model they control. The turn is played out from highest (King) to lowest (Deuce) card (Aces are special and can be used as any other card). Where players have the same card, play goes by suit, Spades Hearts, Diamonds and Clubs last. In addition to activating figures, some cards have special qualities. They are referred to as Special Cards. They are played just like normal activation cards, but allow the player to do some unusual feats and spice up the game. While similar to Dead Mans Hand rules the flow is simpler and doesn't leave a bunch of cards on the table as you play them from your hand.
