Finally graduated to Black belt. Chexking is not as easy as it looks. But my instructor prefers mixing it up with old school TKD.

so the "check" used here is what would be considered a side teep in muay thai? (ignoring that side kicks aren't in traditional muay thai)

Unfortunately this is also a turorial for boring Taekwondo. ;-) At least when athletes are using front leg checks as their only or main technique in competition.
