So I think I finally figured out why I get such a weird longing when watching this video and Rocket Man (challenged heterosexuality jokes aside). I think the reason why it happens to me and some of the other people I've noticed commenting the same thing is because of the fact that both Danny and Brian are truly living out their lives outside of cultural norms, and have just been living life by their own means. I legitimately can't put my finger on what makes dan's voice so great. He actually sounds, how do i say this... majestic and glorious. His voice is just so great and sounds much better than many modern-day mega famous artists. I could only imagine that this is the voice of an actual angel and I really mean that. I'm positive that this man's incredible, unexplainably amazing voice is what plays when you ascend to heaven. Dan's voice is absolutely phenomenal and the best I've ever heard. It's the difference between a note and a chord. Chords just sound more 'full'. Dan mentions in an episode of game grumps that he uses voice layering. This allows him to sing multiple notes 'simultaneously' and create a chord. And also he has a great voice to start with.
