We walk into class as individuals with all sorts of beautiful baggage and give ourselves permission to let it go, connect to each other through rhythm and movement, to take it all out on the mat, and turn on the truest versions of ourselves.
In POUND Pro training, we tell our instructors that they are the audience to their participant’s rock show. The aim isn’t merely to provide a class environment to move your body and rock out with your friends, but to allow you to unleash the inner you. To tap into your inner badass and give you the power to take the stage in class and in life.
We created this video as a representation of just that-a dynamic group of individuals coming together to turn it up, turn on and take the stage of life.
