There are about 12 stages in life time from PreBirth - Potential, Birth - Hope to Mature Adulthood - Benevolence to Late Adulthood - Wisdom. We all experience drastic changes from one stage to next from responsibility, growth, social and family role change and physical body aging. However, there are certain crucial elements we've lived through worth retrieving from our memory boxes such as Playfulness, Imagination, Hope, Ingenuity and Passion. Remember when I was little, my brother and I would play in the dirt ground making sticky sand balls for fun. We would get dirty and toss the balls to each other and laugh. Today, my workout environment is a construction site. It's fun to walk around huge holes, uneven surface and obstacles for balance, coordination, hand-eye-body proprioception and most importantly fun. Without trying I have full smile on my face swinging Kettlebell on a crooked board over a trench, lunges while balancing on a seasaw liked wood panel. This time I didn't get to throw balls at my brother but I did miss every moment growing up with him. What's your Back to Life Stage Play next?
