This is hugely helpful! Why do you only use the twill tape to measure the waist and a regular tape for the other measurements? Would it be better to use the twill tape throughout the process?

I am not sure I understand the question-the twill is to mark the waistline for other various measurements as well.

Redthreaded oh I see - I thought it was being used to get the waist measurement, like one would normally use a tape measure. My mistake!
