I am in a similar field and I too workout after I leave work. I find it therapeutic and it’s a great mindfulness moment.

In our times when work is trending to be less and less physical gardening might be the answer to keep our moods, bodies and minds healthy :-) We all love beauty and we all love change - but only if it is into an improving our lives, like "beautifying", direction. Plus, vitamin D is suspected to cure even up to a thousand of diseases :-)
