It's very loosely scripted and a lot of it was probably just riffing. A lot of people want their comedy in perfected structured jokes, so they know when to laugh like Slvl was talking about. They probably didn't understand why Andy's comment about Bread being a jam band was funny. This sounds like something that would've fit right in on the Comedy Bang Bang podcast.

Or would that be his next show, 'Talking Read' - That would be worth reading, or watching, but one may need to be well read to partake it so one may be requiring a good read after viewing... but how it would fare, may be hard to read?
