I remember Dan saying that his truck isn't a show truck, it's a work truck. But man, it cleans up NICE! He has definitely taken care of that truck better than most drivers do. The chrome is shiny and I didn't notice any dents or anything like that.

As a company driver I used to say if my truck boke down, all i needed was a quarter to repair it by calling my company. (Before cell phones were so poplar). Dan is the Da Man

Kind of crazy how my mind works; for whatever reason, I thought that Dan was about 6' 4" tall all of this time!!! Maybe big truck equals big truck driver? I am only 5'9", so I don't care if he is 6 '4" or 5' 4" tall. I follow both of you, along with South Georgia Hotshot!!! Gotta make sure I get some truckin' videos in my system every day!!! when i left/got fired, back in '08 there was a nasty rumor going around about bad drivers with Swift. i think they got some lemon rookies that were messing up Swift's rep, by screwing up with backing up. and not making wide enough turns, ending in the ditch.

Me and my wife could NEVER work together doing ANYTHING, especially OTR, i or she would throw one of us out on the highway in the middle of Wyoming! We bicker just putting something together, just the way it is. Some people just couldn’t do that, no big deal! I drove OTR for about 6 months, not for me, after much craziness, I found a local LTL GIG, until a on the job serious injury took me out of the drivers seat, bummer. Happy Trails y’all drivers!

Mercer is a bad company to work for, You will be sorry if You go to them, the company human factor is less than 0, so You will be just like boot with a number, oh yes there are some drivers who make money at Mercer but 95% drivers pull simple non pay freight, so You work for day bread only, as a driver You long time future as money maker is NONE, and yes they will give You a nice free jacket after slaving for them for 10 years. Dont go to Mercer is You do not want to become a slave !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! TH PS yes , I did drive work for these better apes, I did it for too long.
