The days where Hyundai and KIAs were considered as inferior products compared to Germans and US carmakers is a thing of past. If you consider what they are doing in India is exciting, what they are doing in Europe is just amazing. Ioniq5 and EV6 have been very well received, overall quality has improved and all this while keeping industry leading product margins. If Hyundai keeps going on this trajectory they may soon overtake quite a few brands in next 10 years

Just enquire about the hyundai 1.0Lpetrol engines from the customers, in Long term use, they are facing a huge mileage drop ! Specially the i20, venue, models ! Then how could we call this 1.0L turbo petrols are a better choice ! So many used cars are in the market which are low kilomter run ! Bcoz customers can’t afford the mileage and service cost !

@16.50, In my sonet, if I use start engine option, there is an auto stop duration between 2min to 10mins,( can be set in Kia connect app) ...so it wont keep running untill it dries the fuel...Hope its there in bluelink too!

Even though I'm not a fan of Hyundai and sister brand Kia, as i find them dull to drive, i appreciate how the company is expanding and growing their portfolio. When great companies like Ford, Fiat have left certain markets, the Koreans are growing day by day. From being the butt of jokes (movies like Tokyo drift where they make fun of Hyundai when compared to a Mitsubishi) to one of the biggest manufacturers of vehicles. For a company that began assembling Mitsubishi's to where it is now,it's just commendable. Mitsubishi's have been reduced to making toilet paper now. Maybe companies have to follow not only the heart but also the brain.
