The best quality sleep is before midnight. As a general rule, the National Sleep Foundation recommend falling asleep somewhere between 8 p.m. and midnight. They also recommend 7-9 hours of sleep per night. Power naps are welcome too. Social media detox 1 hour before going to bed is also important to relax. Music for relaxation, aromatherapy and relaxing baths are also very helpful. And as we are product of habit, yes, it's important to have a sound relaxation routine. Because well-being is paramount to success. You cannot perform at 100% if you’re functioning at 10%!

I work in the sleep industry and read the Sleep Revolution and really enjoyed it. I was excited for this talk and for the first 15min they talked about sleep. After that it was all politics and about the huff post.

Yup. Ten minutes into the talk she went straight to politics. So disappointing. Has a moment to discuss what we want to hear about and instead goes down her own rabbit hole of spewing her negative agenda.
