We used the seeds in a small bag to play catch. A tamarind switch across the bare thighs or back is one of life's most unpleasant things. This is a very delicious sauce.

Chris, brother, you have to taste my wife's tamarind cheesecake. The tart/sweet combination is amazing and the crust... she has a secret "Caribbean" twist to the crust. We need to make this happen so you can give us your honest opinion.
