Recipe
∙ 1 kg Lamb
∙ Baby potatoes
∙ 3 onions
∙ 1 can tomato puree 410g ( NOT PASTE)
∙ 2 cans tomato and onion mix 800g
∙ 1 mutton bouillon cube
∙ ¼ cup canola oil
∙ 7 garlic cloves
Spices
∙ 4 tablespoons homemade Cape Malay masala( Recipe: • South African Vetkoek ...
∙ ¼ teaspoon allspice
∙ 1 tablespoon paprika
Homemade Cape Malay masala
∙ 1 tablespoon dried ginger
∙ ¼ teaspoon cloves
∙ 1 teaspoon Turmeric
∙ ½ teaspoon coriander
∙ ½ teaspoon cumin
∙ ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
∙ 2 tablespoons sugar
∙ ½ tablespoon Mild curry powder
∙ 3 cardamom pods
