Talk about poor parenting! The woman was a selfish witch, posing as a loving person. As far as Chad goes, yes he was a lying sack of 💩 too, but Lori knew it and used it to her advantage. She is the one that pushed him to declare JJ as dark. She took everything that brought him comfort away, hoping he’d act out so others would buy into their BS.

The only explanation of Chad's behaviour after Tammy's death and the murder of the children is that he truly believed that it was the end of days and by the time the Police and FBI caught up to him a new World order would exist and what you had done in the old one didn't matter in the new one-with the kids buried in his garden he must have know the walls were closing in - his detention and charging was inevitable.
