1. Potato

Take a bowl of water, add
9. Turmeric powder : little bit
10. Salt : little bit
Dip the pieces of raw banana in this water. Take a frying pan and add:
11. Mustard oil : 4 tbsp
Fry the bori with medium flame, for three minutes and keep aside. Now fry the bitter gourd for two to three minutes and keep aside. Now add:
12. Radhuni(wild celery) : 1/2 tsp
13. Bay leave : 1 nos
Now add potato. After 1 minute add sweet potato, after 1 minute add papaya, add raw banana, drum stick, brinjal. Fry them all 1 and 1.2 minute, add ginger paste 1 tbsp. Add water so that all stuffs are under water level. Mix and add bitter gourd. Add salt, cover and let them boil for 5 to 6 minutes.
Take one griddle and add
14. radhuni : 1 tsp
15. Panchforon : 1/2 tsp
Dry roastlet them cool, and make a powder. Now add fried boris in kadai. In A mixing jar take:
16. Poppy seed : 2 tsp
17. Black mustard seed : 1 tsp
Make powder and add little water. Make a smooth paste. Add the same in kadai, mix well. Take bowl and add
18. Milk : 1 cup
19. Maida(all purpose flour) : 1 tsp
Mix well and add in kadai. Now add little sugar, fried masala and 1/2 tsp ghee.
