I used to get so frustrated about my raw chicken, then I figured the corporations make so much in profits that they do not pass along to the actual workers cleaning the chicken, so I understand why the workers give what they give….and I don’t fault them because that is a hard stinking job to do without adequate pay…..

Tammy Tammy Tammy ...Tut tut tut , Washing raw poultry in a diluted lemon juice or vinegar solution is an inefficient method for removing pathogens and results in pathogens both in the wash water and on the chicken, increasing the risk for cross contamination and potential foodborne illness.

Don't wash any Chicken in water / vinegar , it's dangerous, can cause cross contamination. What the hell you doing . Please god you stop unloading bad advice when it comes to recipes .
