Yes, the ending was sweet! The more I tap with Brad, the more I see that I am of this world because I have a purpose here, and it's good to care about my own wellbeing and happiness. What a change!

I could write this under a number of your videos, many of which helped me in far more serious circumstances than the present moment, but I wanted to write it anyway: you have literally saved my life, repeatedly. (And no, this is not hyperbole.) I don't think that anything is really enough to express the gratitude I feel for that, but thank you, from the bottom of my heart. You and the videos you make are wonderful and a shining beacon of hope on an otherwise gloomy horizon. It really means a lot, and I'm sure not only to me, but many many others as well! Thanks for sharing that with the world!

This IS the deep wound, for me and so many others ❤️ Whether it’s from a disconnection from a parent early on, from friends and others you love, from lost expectations or aspirations...... I guess this is why connection and helping others feel seen and heard is my soul’s gift, my purpose in life 🥰 Like this stirring quote by Glennon Doyle “The thing that breaks your heart the most is the very thing you were born to heal in this World.”

I am 37 years old to this day the heartache from being abandoned by both parents at a very very young age still affects me. This tapping session hit me hard I cried but then I felt important to myself and remembered my children think I’m important and love me I felt such gratitude towards the end. Thank you for being here brad and tapping along, it may seem like a small thing but for me it meant so much that I wasn’t alone tapping through this. 🙏🏼✨🌙

my girlfriend has made me feel unimportant a lot. but i realize she's been going through a lot in her life that has her mind and self focused solely on her problems. but I'm important to she's just busy with her problems and is not available to make me feel special. i broke up with her. she's not ready for a relationship and neither am i at this time. thanks I'll work on this. i feel better already.

Thank you, so much. My earliest memories involve feeling ignored. Thank you, very much, for what you do and sharing your talents with the world. You've helped me change my life! As a person with BPD who was told it was impossible, I'm proud to say it is possible to find balance in life, even with a diagnosis that might run counter to that logic. Thank you, again. These videos are priceless to me.

What an up and down roller coaster of a ride with this belief this week….pffft. 🤨 AND amidst the pain, also this Truth : ‘feeling unloved’, the common pain of all humans from our universal desire to be loved actually has many ‘faces’- it shows up in beliefs of “I’m not important, I’m not heard, I’m not seen, I’m not valued, I’m not respected, I’m not trusted”….so many! A comforting truth today that helped me realize I don’t need to ‘fix’ this wound, I just need to love the heck out of it ❤️🥰❤️
