I LOVE that you and Snake Discovery are in the same video!! You are both my top favorite "creature creators." Also, the concept of the pyramid enclosure is a decent one, but after seeing how difficult it was to kind of maneuver stuff around in, etc, I feel like Tarantula Cribs might need to do some re-tooling. Obviously you got the display model so sounds like it's very new, I'm just not entirely sold on it being a fully completed "end design" yet. Maybe I'm wrong-- I can't wait to see how it works out for you guys.

I learned how to decorate my enclosures because of you. I greatly appreciate your advice on things. I also rehoused all my T's and got rid of that crappy coco fiber. I switched to reptisoil and my T's love it. Thanks so much.

I live in northern CA, and we have alligator lizards everywhere. It's probably a different species. They look basically the same, except their tails are not as long relative to their body, but they can get pretty chonky!

My cousin and I used to hunt alligator lizards growing up in the Bay Area , they were like the ultimate catch. Ironically blue belly lizards tended to be way more aggressive, and the most common catch was worm salamanders 🦎🐉

Desert Hairy scorpions are a very fun and active species, I hope she is gravid so that you'll have some more to keep, they burrow like crazy too lol

@tarantulakat she'll love a 10 gallon tank, plenty of space to build a hide for herself and explore, she will likely be quite defensive once she's had her babies though, I had an Asian Forest scorp that was gravid and when she had her little ones she hissed at me every time her tank opened 😂 unfortunately she died about 6 months after but left me with around 40 babies

That enclosure would be extra cool if it were a true pyramid, but the pointy tip could be a physical danger to the user or at least a legal danger to the vendor. (Bottom corners no problem, apparently-probably because the angle is more obtuse.)
