damn can't get much clearer instruction then Mr Wildman. As a teacher I am impressed.

I found training a candlestick progression,( knees bent, then straight leg etc. ) in alternate sets with the flat back pullover, helpful in keeping your focus the small of your back

Thanks for all this, you make it very clear each time 😊 I am one of those people who need to know why do things a certain way or else I lose interest, and you have helped me get back on the track of working out to be healthy. I owe you a lot.

TY MW! Excellent as always. Enjoying body weight 101 on Kajabi very much. Simple yet increasingly effective and intensive base core movements, with concentration and practice. That's what I've learned.

I already worked out today and did this with a kettlebell. I need to try this with a heavy club now. Thanks!

I tried this exercise two ways. I did it with once with pronated grip and another time with supinated grip on the handle (I left tiger claw grip alone on the heavy side). I suspect pronated links better to getups but I liked both ways. Great exercise!

I do standing press with a barbell. This is exactly how I resist arching the lower back when pressing. Doing this, I'm also forced to straighten out my upper back. Good for the posture as well! Actually, refusing to straighten the upper back is why we arch our lower back. Your exercise will be very good for strengthening this anti-movement. I usualy do abs by hanging leg- or knee-raises. But that's just for building muscles.

You pump so much value into you videos and explanation, its insane! Thank you! Do you maybe know for some nice adjustable club available in EU?
@MarkWildman Жыл бұрын
I don’t really have any recommendations for the eu. Someone has to have one

Ck mace works might be an option, they use std 1 inch plates so shipping to EU would be much cheaper

I paid an extra $500 NZ $ to have the Adex arc and weights shipped to New Zealand.Added the club handle a month later.Have just ordered the mace handle.They are well worth it. Will also order the add kit later this year and that plus what I have will easily last for years.Working my way through the 2 handed mill -squat program.Start mace soon and single club about mid year.Go well with your training.

This would also be good with a swing bell or a long std dumbbell

Mark, is there a non-timed rep and set range we should shoot for, or should these always be done for time?

How cool would it be to have a plaid (like yesterday’s collared shirt) Mark Wildman T shirt! Just a thought 😊
@Invictus13666 Жыл бұрын
If only the shirt he was wearing in that video was plaid. Or if only anyone wanted a plaid T-shirt.

@@MarkWildman I think the low key design you have on the tshirt in this video is tight. Also I always liked when logos are slightly off to the side and a bit more subdued.

Mark, is there a difference between the Adex Arc and the Adex Club? The Clubs are sold-out, the Arc isn't.
@brentranke7528 Жыл бұрын
The arc handle is longer.

@@davidwagner9644ttps://kzbin.info/www/bejne/r2nJe6yerLOHfqc Mark’s box opening of the arc. I like The long lever for light single arm work. This is why Mark uses those spacers on the club. I ran into the same problem Mark did in the video where are your kind of limited on how much weight you can put on on it before it’s too long to swing under without hitting your toes. If you don’t choke up on the handle.
