Tried this recipe and followed everything accordingly ,1st attempt was a fail bt made some readjustments with measurements and wait time and it passed the 2nd time. But this by far is the most simplest recipe. 2 HOUR PROCESS 1. A whole lot of patience (required) Readjusments 1 tbsp ~ 2 1/4 Yeast (1 pkt yeast) 1.5 cup of milk ~ 2.0 - 2.5 cups of milk ***after mixing all ingredients dough must be sticky ish and super soft and not tough,if tough add more milk & butter but be careful not to over do it*** 40 mins wait for dough to rise 1 hour wait after rolling it into buns to rise right before putting it in oven(important step or your dinner rolls won't come out like dinner rolls but rocks instead) 400° 15mins ~ 25mins but constantly checking til honey brown (gold might be half cooked) ,different stoves different results. When you roll into balls,it'll look small but remember the 1 hour rise wait will double it in size. If it's not kneading into a dough on your Kitchen Aid Mixer, add a little butter. Knead it by hand a little before letting it rise for 40 mins. It's not sweet bun,it tastes like soft French bread but if you want it sweet 1.5 half- 1 cup sugar but add it after letting Yeast activate in that first 5 minutes in video above. TY!!

It was so delicious! ! they are super soft 😄 but I saw some comments that people said that they came out like a rock, when they come out the oven they are like a stone I know that but when you brush them with butter it becomes super soft ! perfect recipe 💖

Here is the recipe for making your own CAKE FLOUR because cake flour is sort of expensive... it's easier & cheaper than buying at stores..you need only two ingredients-all purpose flour & cornstarch! RECIPE: 1. Measure out 1 Cup of All Purpose Flour 2. Remove 2 Tablespoons of all-pupose flour from your cup and dump it back into your flour bag or flour container. 3. Now, add the 2 Tablespoons of cornstarch into your cup of all purpose flour. 4. Sift once 5. Sift twice 6. Sift three times 7. Sift four times 8. Sift one last time (a total of 5 times) SECRET: The Corn Starch & All-Purpose Flour need to be WELL INCORPORATED and the flour AERATED...that is "why" you have to SIFT it so many times (a total of 5 times). You will find that your flour is a bit lighter. When you make your baked goods (that requires CAKE FLOUR) this is all you need to add to your favorite recipe! TIP: Be sure to use the same amount of your "homemade" version of cake flour (as instructed in your specific recipe). It measures the "same" as store bought cake flour. *CAUTION: DO NOT SKIP THE SIFTING...IT IS VERY IMPORTANT! Happy Baking-LW Confections (NORCAL)

Thanks for sharing, I will roll it into a long sausage then cut into 1/2 the divide into 1/2 again and then cut into 5 pieces in each roll. No need to weight it all the time. Happy Cooking

I tried it today. You specified that 1.5 cups of milk is required but some flour is till dry. I looked at the measurement cup in your KZbin and saw that the cup is at 1 & 3/4 mark. I had to add about 79g of milk and the dough is barely sufficient with milk. I saw one responded that he/she added 2 cups of milk. Please confirm how many cups of milk is required if you have time. Many thanks.
