You did absolutely good with the washing of the beans. .so clean. The bell-peppers brought a lot of colors to it. The addition of stock was perfect. That quantity of crayfish was absolutely amazing, that our bowl was full almost at the point of pouring out. You just brought back old memories I can't remember the last time I had moimoi inside plastic leather. Well done nne I love the end result and I know it will taste delicious

Hi dear. For perfect outcome the first tip is to cook on medium heat. Secondly raw eggs do help in caking moi moi making it firm and not watery, also avoid adding too much water to the moi moi. Last tip use a good quality nylon bags and double the bag. Using single nylon bags might burst open during cooking process. Hope you find this tips helpful ☺

Thanks for watching dear! Yes you can use any polythene bag and i didn't put anything at the bottom, just make sure you have enough water in the pot cook on a medium heat and keep an eye on the pot to avoid burning.
