Best tataki video i have ever seen. Nice technique shown. Can a little bit of horseradish be used instead of hazelnuts?

Beautiful video, thank you If making at home don’t have open fire like stove will pan searing be too slow to evenly char without cooking the inside?

Thank you for your comment. There are indeed many varieties of sesame dressing, aren't there? I personally like the creamy type made with sesame paste, but I don't have my own original recipe. I'll try to develop a good recipe and give it a try sometime soon.

Yes sake is Japanese rice wine. If you can't get it, try using red wine instead. It tastes a little different, but I think it's delicious. :)
