I've got a Taurus 1911 Commander. I did swap out those cheap grip panels. I like the pistol-- It shoots really well and no malfunctions so far. I reviewed it on my channel 😁

My Taurus 1911 developed a loose ejector after about 1,000 rounds. Also my rear sight would move while shooting. Found it was only held in place by the set screw. Otherwise the dovetail provided no retention. Fixed that with a new Dawson rear sight.

Today with machines the way they are you don't need to spend big money cnc machines are fantastic no need to spend big money no need for hand fitting like the old days if you have big money that's fantastic blow it..just a real thought on today's pistols.I love your vids.

Yea, if the weather nice tomorrow I'm going to get out in my field and do some shooting on the move drills and mag changes with my girl - Athena -. RIA 45acp. Going to finish up the 500 round break-in period that RIA sets for that firearm. Just got in a 350 round ammo can of 2A warehouse 45acp range pack. Dam good prices they have. Paid 130$ for 350 rounds. Check them out if you haven't yet. Usually anything out of Texas, going to be good. They offer new and reman brass ammo

Good morning, Sr Beretta and Jr Beretta. Happy Friday to you both. Question for you all. Do you know ambi or ( right side ) only thumb safety that smaller than the stock one that comes on my RIA tac ultra FSHC 45acp 14. The problem I'm having is that because of my Cellebel palsy on my left side is my left hand is pushing up on my right hand 🤏🏻 on the thumb to engage the safety. I'm thinking a smaller size thumb safety would work out 👌. And my other question is. Would it and is it ok to place a rubber band around the palm safety? And or is there delete kits to elements that?

I own a couple of Taurus revolvers, they're all very solid shooters. Never owned a Taurus pistol. My two 1911s (.45 & 10mm) are from Tisas. This one looks pretty good though!

My Tisas 1911 B45R has been fantastic. I did upgrade some parts with Wilson Combat parts and it’s 100% reliable and deadly accurate. It’s one of my bedside guns now as it lives mostly in my nightstand.

Nothing wrong with a pistol, he is just soy beta. Best budget 1911 , don't get those Turkish pistols. From 1911 I would only get Taurus or Wilson combat if I had 4k+ to spend. Taurus 1911 stainless with rail is best looking 1911 in my opinion
