Hey Tina and Norm!! So great that you guys went to Tavira and Santa Luzia!! How wonderful to have another sunny blue sky day!! You guys have hit the jackpot with the weather there!! You both look so bright and relaxed on vacation! It's great to see the city streets.. Very rustic feeling with all the cobblestone roads! The waterway was so beautiful, and loved seeing the quaint little towns. Seems like a very clean place to visit, and the garden was beautiful! Can't believe that church was so old, and built in 1809! What a relic to see! Great video and lots of love to you both!! Safe travels!

Thanks so much Bears and Butters, we had a great time in Taveria, the architecture was so great, we got the church date partially wrong the clock tower was from the 1800’s, the rest of the church was from the 13th century, there are 7 knights buried in it. It's a beautiful place, the architecture, the views and the food. My husband and I were just watching your video and couldn't help admire the sound quality, AMAZING !!!

Good Morning from Hamilton Ontario. I have to say I like the videos. Looks nice and quiet in alot of these towns you stay in. As you travel Portugal do you stay in these towns for a week or a month then move on to next to explore? Do you just find accommodations as you go? Take care. Chris .

Hi Chris our videos of the Algarve are all done with us staying in Albufeira as our base, for one or two months at a time. The others ie Lisbon and Porto we stayed in those places. We book flights and accommodations before we arrive.Glad you are enjoying our videos have a great weekend 👍🍺😎

TFW yes it is , we go Jan-Mar because it’s winter there temps around 16-18°degrees very nice and not busy. In the summer it’s gets really hot and very busy too much for us, also back home in Canada 🇨🇦 it’s gorgeous with us . Enjoy your weekend 👍🍺

Why wouldn't you eat the Octopus? We had it in Olhao and it was amazing! Not rubbery but tender and cooked with bell peppers, potatoes, sweet potato and onion. 😋

This Is Our Retirement Tina, I have a friend who now lives in Lisboa, and like me she is extremely squeamish about Octopus... but she has eaten it and said prepared properly it’s very tasty... but it just cannot look like it’s an Octopus 🐙. No kidding! You’ll be pleased to know that back home in Ottawa it was -27 earlier. 😉
