Sales tax is not your responsibility when selling on Amazon. You are Amazon’s suppliers, you aren’t retailers under the tax law. Most states have now changed their laws to make that official so it’s even less of a controversy. But even without the law change Constitutional law prohibits states from imposing these Multistate tax burdens on sellers when they have the ability to go after sellers. But what do I know, I’m just a constitutional tax law professor in NY and a near-15 year tax litigator for Fortune 500 companies.

May I suggest being informative, without coming off arrogant? This information will definitely be tooken in and looked upon but these beautiful people are just trying to help the best way they can. If i purchase a product it's tax. If i sold the products on Amazon it's also tax and at the end of the year i have to pay tax on the products that were sold. I don't understand. Could you explain it to me please. Thank you.
