Been natural for about 9 years now and I swear by Silk Elements Olive Oil products. The deep conditioner (it's called a moisturizing treatment) is like magic. I get if from Sally's. Our hair texture is the same. Mine is about waistlength, and those products allow my fingers and comb to glide through my hair like nothing I've ever seen. Tried everything under the sun and those products were an instant winner. Changed my hair life forever lol.

TGIN has a nice deep conditioner. I also like Aubrey Organics island naturals conditioner.i think my hair is mostly 4a.

Shea Moisture's manuka honey DC is really good for moisturizing the hair. I think your regimen is simple and good but you need some sort of cream based leave in moisturizer for your 4C hair. I DC, wash with African black soap shampoo, condition, apply creamy leave in n deal with my butter mix. I flat twist my hair to go under my wigs. Mid week, if it's feeling dry, I spritz it with aloe Vera juice and squeeze the butter mix in. Sometimes I'll do the greenhouse effect/baggy method. I just ensure that my hair stays moisturized under my wig.

I love being natural but hate the shrinkage...I found a new product that melts my 4C curls like butter ...Alikays sage and honey conditioner its very moisturizing too. Shea moisture has a low porosity shampoo that detangles my hair while washing. Kinky Curly is great for defining the shrinkage of ur curls and it moisturizers as well.

Hey beautiful @tayloranise Was just wondering why you don’t put product in your hair up to 2 days later does your hair get brital? Or maybe the co wash gets it moist for days? I’m asking cause I wanna do this routine but my hair gets dry after an hour lol and starts to brake after a day if not moistured would it work if I put the argon oil in immediately after hair drys ?? Please let me know 😃

I love your hair and routine!! :) I don't like to take a long time with my hair either. I do know I can't go sans product though, lmao, oooh my hair would shrivel up and die. But I prefer to use 1-2 max, either just a leave in, or a leave in and a gel. And my hair needs daily water. I used​ to love that yucca masque, but right now my fave is the frizz defense raw shea and cupuacu! my next faves are the superfruit and jbco. I don't really think you can go wrong with most of their masques though.

You should try Shea Moisture for High Porosity Hair, the container is blue. My grandson has high porosity hair and he loves this stuff. It helps his hair hold moisture and takes away the dryness and the dry look.
