I've been trying to get out of the house as often as possible since having a baby, so today I took the drive up to the White Mountains! I coordinated with Alicia to provide some trail magic for her during her SOBO Appalachian Trail hike & I did a quick hike out of Pinkham Notch on the AT! We visited Ladies' Lookout and Lost Pond.

I barely remember my first hike on the AT: my dad took me on a one mile section of it in the Shenandoahs. One mile seemed like such a long, long way at the time! My your little kid have a long, happy hiking career.

She likely won't answer this. There is a lot of discussion today about children being used for social media clout, or just plain overshared, when they have no say in the matter. It can have lasting impacts in their lives as they become older and grow up with others that could see their life unfold online. Taylor is likely making a conscious decision to not share because she recognizes this is the case.

I've been following you since 2020 and I was vacationing in the Whites last week; I think I might have missed you by a day as I hiked the Lost Pond Trail with my granddaughter on Wednesday. darn darn 🙁🙁 We also stopped at Nahamsha Gifts on our way back to PA where I met your mom (so nice!) and picked up a few souvenirs. I found your channel looking for proof that women could camp alone being 7 months pregnant. 😁. Awesome to see you back out. I got the Omni carrier at your recommendation. Can't wait to hit the trail with it. Unfortunately my baby has cried in the car seat so no long rides yet and I breastfeed. But I'm hoping to work through that just in time for cooler weather.
