Hello! Yes I saw a Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioner who recommended: 1. Daily meditation. Lay down and breathe 30 breaths. (Inhale+Exhale=1) eyes closed and pay attention to the surrounding sounds. 2. Drink Chrysanthemum Tea several times per day 3. Drink Bitter Gourd Tea a few times per week 4. Spend more time enjoying yourself. (more time in the sun, on hobbies, with friends and family). I did this and saw improvements within 10 days-less flaking, redness- but to eliminate the rest of the symptoms, I added, -Cod liver oil + High vitamin butter oil. 1tsp of cod liver oil and 1/2 tsp of butter oil with breakfast -BIOM8 skin conditioning oil (light application morning and night after splashing my face with water/ shower. Don't wash your face with soap). -Food- Breakfast: Sourdough bread with butter/honey and coffee Lunch: Meat from the butcher (all kinds, 100g of beef liver once per week) with rice or boiled potatoes and steamed veggies with olive oil or butter. If I consume dairy, I make sure it's raw dairy (not pasteurized). Stay away from eggs (often allergen and the uncooked egg white can bind to biotin. Biotin deficiency can contribute to SD). Dinner: Same as lunch with a glass of wine or a beer :) I do have "cheat meals" every once in a while, but stay away from white sugar if you can. Not only for your skin but for the rest of your health as well. -Also do coffee enemas, which sounds insane but have helped me feel much better. Wrote an article about them: decentpropaganda.com/6-reasons-to-consider-coffee-enemas/ Hope this helps :) Any more questions just ask.

Hello first of all thank you for sharing your journey on SD and what has worked for you i am currently going through the same thing I have redness on the same areas you have mentioned at the beginning of this video, they have been on my face for the past 8 months and its really getting to me. I have just recently as of 3 days ago started a new diet and not eating sugar/bread/wheat/gluten. I have not currently gone to a dermatologist but im almost 100% positive it is SD considering the symptoms and the dry redness in certain areas on my face. Couple questions do you still drink the chrysantheme tea and the gourd tea if so how often? Do you still use the butter oil and cod liver oil? And besides sugar what do you stay away from or keep to a minimum for example do you as of now eat gluten, fruits, vegetables, meats, breads (if so what kind of bread) dairy , etc. And Also what you think of intermittent fasting. Would you recommend any kind of facial cleanser/ moisturizer or stick to just water on the face? And do you think apple cider vinegar on the face is something that could help or anything holistic like that? Thank you for your time and everything you put out here for us!

Chrysanthemum tea can be consumed several times per day. From what I understand, dry bitter gourd should be consumed more in moderation (2-3 times per week). Having said that, medicinal teas can help, but they're just one part of the puzzle. Dietary adjustments, impeccable skincare and more fundamental lifestyle changes should also be in order.

It’s beautiful when we use the internet to help others. Thank you so much for this information. Ps. What do you think about vegan diet? I was for 4 years. It didn’t worsen my symptoms but it didnt heal me neither so now I’m incorporating some foods and it’s being ethically conflictive for me but I’m committed to heal.
@juliendiemer9
@juliendiemer9 2 жыл бұрын
I believe that a vegan diet may even create physiological imbalance in the first place. Our bodies crave animal fats and need them for hormonal health (fat soluble vitamins). If you're interested in digging a little deeper, check out the book, "Nutrition and Physical Degeneration" by Dr. Weston A. Price. I also tried veganism several years ago, and am convinced it made things much worse. I think that it's possible to consume animal products ethically by paying attention to how the animal was raised and slaughtered. Humans have been living off of animal products for centuries up until about two generations ago. I think that in developed nations (USA especially), people feel better initially with veganism and vegetarianaism because they're no longer indirectly consuming the antibiotics and other junk that the animals were fed. This is why factory farm meat should be avoided at all costs. To serve as an antecdote as to the instinctive aspect of animal foods: My great-grandmother was forced from her home by the Russians in what was then Yugoslavia during the second world war with two young kids (one of whom was my grandfather). They were waiting for a train, starving, and my great grandmother happened to see a cow grazing on a nearby pasture. Without even thinking, she went ahead and milked it to feed her and her family. Most of us are not exposed to situations such as this, so our natural instincts lie dormant. Since we are basically detached from reality and the natural order, we are easily swayed by both the overt and subliminal promotion of profitable diets, such as veganism, which ultimately weaken the body and mind.

@@juliendiemer9 thank you so much for your elaborate response. Those are all things im just reintegrating in my way of understanding life. Your great-grandmother anecdote is heart warming. I have already take a look on the book you mention among others on your blog. I really resonate with your points of view about life and health and im grateful i found it. Im also reading the SD s guide and im willing to incorporate all the changes. Tbh, it happened that just after i ordered the biom8 i read a lot on reddit about the product being a scam and about lots of bots and people promoting it on the subreddit. I kind of freaked out because you commented about your past job as a reddit bot in other video. But I really want to believe theres good people on the internet and you honestly seem one of them. As for the source of animal products, Im from a mediterranean town so local fish is not a problem. However, the toxicity of the sea and specially large fish is something we cant control. i still cant find a reliable source for meat. I was just eating tons of backyard eggs until i learned i must be careful about eggs. So Is not as easy as i thought to not being vegan anymore. But yes, veganism has taught me lots of things, but is certainly not the answer.

@@churbichurbi Thank you! Personally, I was not involved in a biom8 smear campaign on Reddit. I was arguing for the development and acceptance of artificial intelligence and transhumanism. But after spending thousands of hours on the platform, it became obvious that Reddit is heavily used for psychological and political manipulation. I began recognizing other accounts using the same methods and specific writing styles I was instructed to use, but promoting or destroying other methods and ideas. Natural health products and remedies of all types, such as biom8, for example, are heavily censored by bot accounts that do an incredible job at pretending to be real people with convincing arguments, personal examples, sarcasm, and coherent posts. Cortisone is a billion-dollar industry. Imagine if there was a relatively cheap solution with non-toxic, natural ingredients that actually worked? Bad for business. Why wouldn't someone selling these cortisone 'solutions' via dermatologists try to discourage and discredit the use of alternatives? "They're bots!". They're using reverse psychology. You could even argue that they'd be incompetent businessmen if they didn't do this. They're not necessarily bad people, they're just instructed to maintain and increase profits in order to keep their jobs. BioM8 does not even have an affiliate program, as in, I receive not one cent for having positively promoted their product to thousands of people at this point, and that's ok. Eggs are good, but not in excess, especially if SD is present.. If you're living in a Mediterranean town, I would be surprised if there wasn't a family-owned butcher nearby who pays attention to where they source their meat.

It depends. You'll have to experiment, but I think that for the majority of people with this condition, the skin barrier is fragile or has been damaged. Biom8 helps hydrate skin that can no longer hydrate itself, which is helpful if you want to remain symptom-free. Regarding the overheating, chrysanthemum tea (cools the body) and maybe regulating the thyroid with transdermal iodine may help.. Could be a symptom of hyperthyroidism. Or maybe just summer heat.

The idea is to balance your physiology so that you can eat whatever you like without worry (in normal quantities and ideally traditional foods based on your heritage/DNA). The teas help with that. Each day is a pain, feeling bad and stressed looking at myself in the mirror. My sd is not severe but still it’s here and I feel so miserable. So how did u manage to change bad thoughts about your face? To do things and talk to people whitout paying attention to sd? I feel like it’s ruling my life and I won’t do things cause Im too ashamed of my face.

The mind-body connection is definitely real and is probably the root cause of most health issues. We attract the energy that we are giving out (good or bad) and not just every action, but also every thought has a consequence. Nature is ruthless and only understands energy. I am familiar with this vicious cycle (I also believe stress and lack of confidence caused my SD) that you're experiencing but it's possible to escape it, first by removing the stress that SD causes. Start by ordering this: www.biom8.com/product/skin-conditioning-oil/ They ship internationally and one bottle lasts for months. Also mediate and if you can, join a Bikram yoga class and start doing coffee enemas to get the toxicity out and make room for positive energy. Don't forget the teas and a nourishing diet :) Another "insane" thing you can do is wear healing crystals, such as tiger iron, which inspires confidence and is a "protector." They can also balance your energies/chakras. You can also take Ashwagandha to help with stress (lowers cortisol) and also strengthens the immune system. Great all-around adaptogen. A lot of SD sufferers see great improvements by taking Vitamin D3 supplements or getting enough sun exposure. Most people aren't conscious of the fact that we are energetic, spiritual beings having a human experience and should be treating life accordingly.

Decent Propaganda thank u for all your advices. I understand that you saw improvements of your sd after following the tcm specialist’s prescription. How many days were you supposed to drink the teas? And you used other things to eliminate the rest of the symptoms (?). What are the oils useful for? How long have you been free from sd? Some stuff are hard to find in France and shipping is quite expensive :/ Have you seen Robb Stuart’s videos? What do you think?
@juliendiemer9
@juliendiemer9 5 жыл бұрын
@@Chtef2000 No problem :) The teas +cod liver oil helped A LOT but it didn't completely eliminate the symptoms, but enough to not make it noticeable by others. I was supposed to drink chrysanthemum tea several times a day and dry bitter gourd a few times per week (I did that once per day at the beginning though). The skin conditioning oil balances your skin's oil production, and contains caprylic acid, which is an anti-fungal and will kill the yeast on your face. I've been SD free for almost 5 months. J'habite en France aussi (Nice) et ils vendent seulement en ligne :) C'était $10 de plus pour la livraison internationale donc $33 si je me souviens correctement. Fallait attendre dix jours un peu près. I have seen Robb Stuart's videos but I don't think veganism and elimination diets are the way to go. I do think he's correct about coffee enemas, though. He also recommends them. Balancing out your body and mind's chemistry so it can handle whatever you throw at it (reasonably and in moderation) is a better strategy in my opinion.

There are different means to achieve the same end. :) The main idea is to improve immune response and cater to a weakened skin barrier. @juliendiemer9
@juliendiemer9 4 жыл бұрын
Most people I've spoken with aren't born with it. (I definitely wasn't). Teas help, but since it is caused by internal and external (and spiritual) factors- it is important to improve the health of all. INTERNAL HEALTH--> Cool the body down by taking bitter gourd since you have access to it, (chrysanthemum should be available on Alibaba..), Stinging nettle tea is also good and so is dandelion, sleep enough, get enough sun exposure, eat a traditional diet in accordance with your genetics (eat how YOUR ancestors ate), don't stress, never eat until stuffed and only eat when you're hungry, detoxify with coffee enemas, fast for 24 hours once per week, don't obsess over diet, bathe in the sea if you can and/or apply magnesium oil or take salt baths, spend time in nature. EXTERNAL HEALTH-->The facial skin barrier is obviously damaged. This could be from sunburns, too much face washing and/or products that throw off the pH of the skin. Some skin barriers are genetically more fragile (there are VERY unhealthy people with perfect skin...) BioM8 skin conditioning oil is anti-fungal and does the job that your skin should be doing, but cannot do anymore, which is moisturize and protect from bad bacteria. They ship internationally. If you cannot order that for whatever reason, LUGOL'S iodine DILUTED IN WATER and applied to face will kill the yeast. SUBCONSCIOUS/SPIRITUAL HEALTH--->(rhetorical questions) What kind of energy are you putting out? Are you living the life you actually want to live? How are your relationships with family? What would you do if you had no fear of failure? Health problems are closely related to this. If the soul isn't at peace, it wants the body to self-destruct and makes it more susceptible to all kinds of issues. This problem, like all problems, is karmic. Hi Jamila, I saw results within a week of using the skin conditioning oil. However, it's not only due to a faulty skin barrier, but a compromised immune system as well. @@juliendiemer9 hey, okay glad. Here is my story maybe you can have an opinion on this. Been to dermatologist no help. Arrogant and rude. My dad died before I was born when my mom was pregnant with me. I wonder if this could have led to shock which could have caused this rash to appear. There is one other major key factor though. Most of my whole life I ate bad. Tons of fast food every meal. Worked out and thought I could outwork a bad diet. So do you really believe a leaky gut could cause something like this? I have had this since about 22 I think when it showed up. I’m 28 now. I spend hours everyday dedicating my life to curing it. I’ve tried some supplements and they don’t seem to work. No steroids, fungals, etc work for this. I have seen varying success in probiotics and supplements. Right now I am using 4G of L/glutamine pills a day for 8 weeks to see how it goes. Along with eating two tablespoons of really raw honey. I am a healthy body sight despite the bad diet through the years. I also have GERD now which I believe is thanks to the bad diet. Do you believe my lifestyle contributed to it? No drugs alcohol or cigarettes ever. No other conditions I am aware of.

I am currently on accutane and the biom8 without anything just isn’t enough to moisturize my skin, are there any things that I could use that will moisturize and keep it from flaring up? I’ve also noticed that since I’ve been using biom8(for a week or so) it seems like my sd is spreading. Do I only apply it to affected areas? I was thinking maybe the honey mask treatment
@juliendiemer9
@juliendiemer9 4 жыл бұрын
The flaking is mostly due to the fungal overgrowth on the skin, and not a lack of moisture. Apply a small amount of biom8 (as stated in the instructions) all over the face/behind the ears if necessary. Usually 2-3 pumps is enough after rinsing the face and slightly drying. If that doesn't work or even gets worse after a few days, stop. This means that you need to try something more aggressive against the Malassezia yeasts. Honey masks work for some. Apple cider vinegar applied to the face works for some. Oregano oil diluted in water works for some. You can also try Lugol's iodine diluted in water and applied with a cotton ball. I would stay away from accutane.

I saw results within a week or two of regular consumption, but I wouldn't only rely on the teas to remain symptom-free (the skin barrier is also likely damaged).. (first think in the morning when you wake up). 3. BioM8 skin conditioning oil morning and night. (Keeps skin moisturized and kills yeast). 4. Cod liver oil- 1 teaspoon per day with a meal 5. High vitamin butter oil- 1/2 teaspoon per day-take at same time as cod liver oil. 6. Coffee enemas (daily if you can) 7. Meditate everyday. 30 breaths in and out and focus on the surrounding sounds 8. Eat liver (supplemental food) at least once per week 9. Get sun exposure and spend time outdoors everyday. Stretch, walk, MOVE. Consider yoga. 10. Stop eating vegetable oils, soy, and white sugar. Not only for your skin but your overall health and longevity. Eat high quality fruits and vegetables, sourdough bread, rice, potatoes, butter and other raw dairy products, olive oil and meat. Alcohol in moderation is ok. Coffee in moderation is ok. 11. Don't fast. (Stresses out the nervous system). Make sure you're eating enough. 12. Don't wash your face or hair with soap or shampoo. Also not with excessively hot water. 13. Don't use fluoridated toothpaste or conventional underarm deodorant. 14. Stay hydrated with water. Not soda or energy drinks etc. Only drink when you're thirsty, though. 15. Have sea salt be your only salt and use it. 16. Try to stay away from antibiotics. 17. No overly strenuous exercise such as bodybuilding-also stresses out the nervous system 18. Don't ever overeat 19. Get 8 hours of sleep every night 20. Consider wearing stones to help balance your chakras- Tiger iron, Tiger's eye, Clear quartz. 21. Take care of finances (don't be in debt etc.) 22. Nurture your personal relationships 23. Help people/society in some way. Use whatever gift or gifts you have. 24. Every once in a while, have a great cigar and some ice cream. Enjoy simply being alive. 25. Listen to Bach and classical music everyday. Play an instrument. Read as much as you can. 26. @@dennisguilder1 The most important tea is Chrysanthemum tea. Anyone with visible SD symptoms should be drinking this several times per day. Dry bitter gourd tea a few times per week. At the same time, get rid of visible symptoms with topical solutions described in the book to reduce stress, as psychological stress plays a massive role in onset and remission of SD. This helps but the underlying stress (which negatively affected the central nervous system, and subsequently the immune system, causing SD in the first place) also needs to be addressed/reduced. Perform general detoxification and pH balancing using methods described in the book to enhance the resilience of the physiology so you don't have to be on restrictive diets or be dependent on supplements indefinitely. - coffee enemas, lugol's iodine, seawater, etc. (chapter 5) Lastly, make sure you're eating according to the seasons, as well as your genetics, getting enough sleep, fresh air, sunlight, and breathe properly (deeply and through your nose). Some skins are more sensitive than others, which is why I would recommend balancing the skin's oil production with BIOM8 and eating as healthy as possible to not die of some other cause later on lol.
