my knee feels stuck and when I finally pop it I does that, every day since I clashed knees 2 years ago in sparring and got a weird trauma with swelling T_T

I think knees over toes guy teaches you how to prevent certain knee injuries. not sure what he can do when you already have a bunch of knee injuries.
