great tip on going sideways when mounted. I always feld like a sitting duck when just laying on my back. Even a kid could take my arm

my knee feels stuck and when I finally pop it I does that, every day since I clashed knees 2 years ago in sparring and got a weird trauma with swelling T_T

coach brian the babybridge which wim deputter and priit mihkelson show is a similar kind of thing. it makes that bottom elbow extremely heavy and hard to lift

I think knees over toes guy teaches you how to prevent certain knee injuries. not sure what he can do when you already have a bunch of knee injuries.

@@lordsneed9418 look up his history.. don’t quote me but I believe he had knee surgeries and then used his methods to improve his mobility and strength to the point where he could even dunk
