I changed a huge repeat pattern one year ago. The one thing I have to add to this video is this: sometimes you dont believe you DESERVE better than your current pattern, in other words you need to acknowledge your WORTH and talk, act and decide from it. My pattern was exactly what she describes, relationships that didnt appreciate me, but it was almost impossible to see it because they would act and say that they liked me a lot, HOWEVER they didnt love themselves and were in heavy codependent and subtle addicted cycles. Be very vigilant when asking yourself these questions and KNOW you are worthy of loving healthy people around you. Tip: love is supposed to feel good and safe, otherwise its not real love. Plus you need to be safe and in love with yourself to manifest it.

Self love and self acceptance was the absolute *key* for me, and it is truly was has created safety in myself. May we all love ourselves and heal ourselves ❤

I don't want to offend and please stop me if I do, but why do women fall for abusive men so often? In every case I knew, there were quite a few good men interested in the woman, but more often than not, a bad man ends up with her, and good men are left behind, struggling to be chosen, and some never succeed. Do those good men are doing, saying something to be unattractive or it's a genetic thing? Or something else entirely? I'm not judging the choices, but I'm interested in why bad guys win while being a bad choice?

I have a pattern where I meet a woman who becomes a mother figure for me. She is always sweet and helpful and becomes someone I rely on for advice and help. Then, something will happen that causes the woman to turn on me and completely reject me and want nothing to do with me anymore. It's happened 3 times now in my life and I've just met another woman who fits this exact description. I can't think of what else to do differently except to talk about the pattern with her and how we would potentially treat each other in a conflict.

@@jasonchambers6787 hello, may I know what do you do to resolve the pattern? Or maybe helper/rescuer pattern?
@jasonchambers6787
@jasonchambers6787 3 жыл бұрын
@@starrypurple8568 start with self awareness and do the work to understand why you attract this loop. Once you are no longer ignorant of the loop, you have more control over the situation and can make informed decisions. It's like, if you don't create your life, a life will be created for you and usually through ignorance of how life and the universe works. Its easy to say but not easy to do. I guess it's a process. Like Teal says, you just have to make a different choice but finding out WHICH CHOICE you need to make differently is where the work is and ultimately comes down to you and your own path. For some people, it might be instantly recognizable and others it might be buried very deep. In the mean time, work on other aspects of your life. Change it up. Do things you normally would never do. If your pond is still... throw a pebble and make some ripples. It also helps to drop importance on what you are hoping to find and just accept that some day, some how, when the time is right, the universe will present you with what you need. We often get in our own way by obsessing over our shopping list of desires that we can't see what is better even though it might be right in front of us. I like to use that old 80's teen movie trope where the guy's best friend is a girl and he doesn't see that she is the perfect one all along and is much better than the girl he was chasing, until she lets her hair down and takes off her glasses. If we always look down, we never see what is above. If we are always zoomed in, we never see the big picture.

What people did before the internet…..? We spent time with each other, face to face. We talked, shared, processed together. Elders could pass on lived experience to juniors. We had cohesive community. In my opinion people were better then. Nicer. Everything was direct. When I was younger without Internet, I knew that if I wanted a different experience in life, I had to do things differently. Simple. I learned to think for myself. People today are so spoon fed that they rarely think for themselves. That’s why we have millions of people following the government/media narrative about a man made virus with a 99% survival rate. That lack of thinking for one selves is appallingly dangerous for mankind.

OMG Teal you need to do a PART 2 of this! This is so KEY, so ROOT, so PRACTICAL. It deserves an elaboration. So short yet if you took the highlights of interviewing people going through this self analysing, and helped them through it, it would really help people see themselves in those interviewees, and relate to this subject so much more easily. People are hard enough to help as it is, but if you provide more examples and clarity, then we can all use this info so much more easily. Short but sweet, should be hours long mind candy!

@@orgonebubbletechcuresyou3575 Thank you for your reply (I love Orgones too, btw :) ) The thing is Tarot cards always say the same thing 'change is coming'.....but the same message has been going on for 4 years, so I don't give much weight to them anymore. As for astrology, I've studied it in depth for a good number of years (5 years or more), and has helped me to some degree, but at the end of the day I found that it made me feel disempowered and a slave to this "written destiny" so I had to make a conscious choice to remove it from my life. It was the best decision I've ever made. I think we're far more powerful and expanded than planetary aspects, numerology and degrees. But if astrology helps you, then more power to you and I'm happy for you that it helps you. The only thing I still have yet to try is to completely do the opposite of things (positively of course), doing completely new things, what I would never have dared to do. I'm sharing it here maybe it could help someone out there.

@@salandersalgado4038 Hi Salander, I don't know about victim shaming. She is very logical in how she goes about things and some people might not resonate with that (which is okay). I don't feel she victim-shames although I can see why someone would feel that way. The thing is this........when we think it's other people's fault, and the world's fault, and society's fault, we are left feeling worse. Being the victim sucks. Period. When it's everyone's fault, it means you have no power over your life. As soon as you realize that whatever happens is, in some way, reacting to what you are thinking/saying/doing, then that means that you can change your circumstances. I am still struggling with my own sense of victimhood, so I can really understand what you meant. Sorry for the long message.

It’s great that you addressed not being grateful to the universe for these repeating patterns. I, personally, found awareness of the heavy weight, and power of “the universe”…relating to traumatic events repeating until a shift happens. This is personally profound to me- as I experienced a shift from feelings of anger, hopelessness, and essentially not wanting to “play the game” of existence. A game which is unfair, cold, seemingly unempathetic… today this power outside of myself is powerful. I am awe struck.

The belief of God being human while I was growing up (Catholic) instilled feelings of anger gradually toward this said human due to Him [what I easily & understandably interpreted as Him] punishing me. God is not human. God is power, Love, and light in darkness (etc)… we have access to godliness through the human experience. Being a human is special due to being capable of empathy, compassion, warmth- in ways “God” is incapable of.

Thanks so much Teal for this very helpful message that I trust will FINALLY help resolve at least four of the patterns that I was able to identify from this video: 1) Emotionally unavailable partner relationships (2 boyfriends and 2 marriages, to include current one which slightly improved due to realizing that I need to be more emotionally available for self first and foremost), 2) Relationships of being cheated on in the past, 3) Being in situations where you don’t belong and you’re not compatible (9 Sedona jobs since 2017/some of the most challenging coworkers I've ever experienced), and 4) PTSD: 3 car accidents within a few years in the past that totaled each car (1 minor accident in Sedona a couple of years ago; 2 of 4 accidents my husband was driving) . I took screenshot notes for the questions you asked, as part of the exercise you suggested, and created a Word doc to organize my thoughts, feelings, insights, etc. I often felt hopeless due to these patterns that I've been aware of---though not this organized and clearer than ever---but felt powerless to change no matter how many different things I've done over the years (to include shadow work and inner child work, which I could practice more of). Anyhoo, you are deeply appreciated soul sister!

As I clicked the video "Hmmm? I am sick of being rejected by boys I like." Happy you covered that in the intro. I do find myself always moving on to be rejected again. I know I am attractive and he Ave never met anyone as weird (in a good way) as myself so it perplexed me. I've changed the pattern by isolating myself but, now I am lonely and cynical

Thanks for this talk Teal. I come back to your videos at different points in my life. Always leave wanting someone like you around me. Maybe actively going out and trying to find that someone instead of shooting every drug on earth for those same feelings would be a starting point for me.

Thank you so much Teal. Making all these insights available to us all, explaining it so deeply and with compassion, wit, and humor, so generous. It’s a lot of energy to make these and I appreciate you so much. I’ve been living out in the forests and meadows off and on for ten years doing remediation work getting to know the indiginous western traditional food plants of the peoples of the western states I am blessed to reside in and be from. Ancestral skills interests and also hopes to create a gay and queer magic and great dark mother based religious non profit and a temple community. Your help really encourages and helps me focus. Living from a car and camping, and having these visions of what would be so good and healing for gay people. A space to come together and activate community healing and trauma healing through tending practices to the earth and each other. The new world we are headed to and back to. Thank you.

I ended up in training jobs where the bosses were very judgmental about me being an Indian. This started a cascade of changes in my body due to stress- bloating, dark circles, lack of sleep, heavy periods. I was raised in an abusive family. Constantly berated for my looks and lack of intelligence. Has this got something to do with horrible bosses at work?

Here’s a little something about teal swan that’s a bit magical. I was in a really bad place when I started listening to this video. Somehow what she had to say pushed all the right buttons and now I’m just pissed and that’s a good thing. I am now writing my list about how to break out of this Saturday. Unfortunately or fortunately I know exactly what caused it and why I am the way I am. Wayne Dwyer one said live your life as if you have total amnesia and Keal just said the same thing. I will learn how to erase my upbringing and why was she thinking habits and reinvent myself. I’m not saying it’s going to be easy but I’m sick to death of living the way I have been living and being a rescuer and constantly allowing myself to be dumped on...We are like magnets, we attract what reinforces our lousy opinion of ourselves. If we don’t change, we’re in trouble. Suicide is not an option here as I truly believe that if we do that we have to come back and re-read this lifetime. That’s enough to scare the hell out of me.

But it was enlightening and help me learn about parts of myself that I normally couldn't get access to otherwise without the extreme unusual circumstances. Same thing happening to me , since I was a boy I been rejected I guess what everything I do keeps rejecting me. My mom and dad wanted a girl . Life Surprise them with me, in a Subconscious level they transmitted all the negativity and rejection in to me I was no mean to be to them . Some how all my life I been rejected except for God and animals. I was subconsciously program to be unhappy even from my own mother. I experiment with different books , drugs and Techniques to overcome all this unfortunate drama in my life but apparently nothing is working so far I guess I got to go back in my pass and the reprogram my self to be happy just how I was mean to be .

I keep falling in “love” with people who I can’t have ( they are taken, not same orientation ect…) and have so many red flags of why I should stay far away from them. What does this mean?? And they never want anything to do with me really and then I just feel sad about it.

Well, all this sounds just too familiar... For many years tried to understand the issue myself, researched the topic, and came across the following key terms, as possible answers also to your question: Fear of committment, love addiction, too much daydreaming and obsession with "limerence" (instead of the tedious work of getting to know the actual person, or the mundane happenings of a relationship in everyday life). Last but not least, an unfortunately attractive because familiar pattern from childhood, where the caregiver was also "not available". For instance, a father only present every second weekend, with an exciting reunion, but otherwise neglecting you - in a similar way to your love interest. Hope this helps on your journey of self-awareness, to change the pattern if you are determined to do so!

@@eszterpeterfai3462 Yessss, this!!!! A few years ago I realized my husband was mimicking my father so much--- emotionally distant, emotionally unavailable, only reliable financially but otherwise either a stranger or a tormentor, always harping about "not enough money" which I think is part of HIS trauma and so similar to my father who grew up very poor. Ugghhhh!!!! I wrongfully thought "I'll help him change" lolololol. Now I am working on ME. I haven't left yet but thinking seriously about it. Until then, focusing on my own growth.

Všetkým sa to stáva. Ale to nás formuje najviac. Niektorí sú aj nepoučiteľní a nevážia si to čo majú až keď to stratia. Bez zla by sme nepoznali dobro. A nič v živote nie je zadarmo. Všetko si musíme zaslúžiť.
