How do you do your split squat like that without the back leg taking over to much? Thanks for the videos btw!
@Wetterwet2 жыл бұрын
If you had to get one leg machine/device for a home gym, what would you choose? Asking as high bar back squats are getting a bit stale and I would like to reduce axial loading for a bit.

Amazing video dude, Im at the end of my cut and have lost a lot of strength on my leg compounds. Do you usually do the same weight for all your sets on stuff like pendulum or RDL?
@Team3DMJ2 жыл бұрын
Depends on the system I’m using

Regarding training during prep, have you ever had or heard of an athlete doing a 3 day full body split DURING PREP/while cutting. And using the rest of the days for cardio and recovery? I would think that if it were programmed right there would be enough work to maintain mass, but like all the cardio would accelerate fat loss… would LOVE your insights on this “strategy” Obviously this is for someone in a pretty different prep position than you, that is to say, has more fat to lose.

Maybe it was sarcasm and I didn't pick up on it, but a lot of stuff is 450g beause that's 1lb.
