Teaser Pull In The Parts Truck

due to request i am posting a 10 to 60 mph pull. the truck is still mostly untuned at this point. stay tuned for updates when the trans is fixed.

gotta watch on those trucks, usually have to be half tank or more, i see you're around quarter tank, and it sounds like it ran out of fuel, they will slosh easily since the tank is a big rectangle, and i see that it was 13+ afr when you lifted, it also sounded like it was fuel cutting (from the fuel sloshing out of the way of the pumps) everything from my 2000, the 2010, the 2014 turbo trucks ive done will slosh and starve when below half tank.

yes below half it starves. this was just a teaser pull. second gear was going out. the tow mode is my race mode. higher shift points and no lock up till late 3rd and more line pressure.

+Justin Sane My buddy is putting a sump in his 3/4 ton awd turbo van. He was planning on using something like this www.xtremediesel.com/XDP-Black-Anodized-Diesel-Fuel-Tank-Sump-Kit-XD131.aspx He's switching to 044 instead of in tank pump.

From one turbo and fellow PA resident to another, you did an absolutely AMAZING job on this truck. I wish that I had half of the fabrication skills that you have. I have a turbo B18B swapped EK Civic and I love it. I'm about to put a fresh motor in as soon as I get a day off of work (oilfield). I've been watching your videos for years and I'm a big fan. Your videos on not only your Porsche, but also the episodes about your customer cars, your truck, and of course, all of the Honda builds are absolutely fantastic and very informative. Thank you for the years of hard work and dedication. We appreciate your time, in case not too many people tell you. BTW, where are you located in PA? I live right outside of Pittsburgh.

hey there OK so I have a question. I have an 85 Chevy I'm almost done with my swap a 2000 5.3 with a 4l60e. when punch it all the way down it just stays in D it won't down shift. I did wire up my pin 33 TCC to my brake switch. any ideas what it could be

+Jason L hey bud was checking my truck out with the 5.3 swap got it to down shift but then it goes into limp mode so if I don't have my neutral safety switch hooked up will that cause it to go into limp mode?
