i always hated how not smooth the air was coming out of my bladed fans. thank goodness this can finally end. not to mention i hate not having another remote in my apartment. i always say the more the better with remotes. is there an option that comes with two remotes for a little extra $$?

This Dyson AM09 HOT + COLD is now a VERY EXPENSIVE PAPERWIEGHT 4 years later!!! H2 errors left and right.. I turn on the heater setting and NO MATTER WHAT SPEED< it's stuck on SPEED 1 (LOW) and then suddenly an HOUR OR 2 later, it will suddenly increase speed... I cannot go passed speed 7 because it will almost instantly go to H2 ERROR. It's plugged directly into the wall. I opened it up there and there was HARDLY ANY DUST Dyson is USELESS and just offered 20% off a brand new one.. But they don't make these anymore so you are stuck with a $1000 purifier....

It goes to 37C in terms of going hot but that's the temp it will make your room so I keep it at room temp like 23C. It's 1500W of heat so can heat up a room quickly.

Dont waste your money, I bought one and does not blow cold air.. just an overpriced fan. Only thing that works is the heater.

does anyone know what the "e8" error code is please? I've tried to ask Dyson uk but they just take your money and go... the "e8" error code only comes on when the heater is activated and when the heater is on for 6 seconds it automatically turns itself off....can I get some help please? x

Exactly what I realized today. The claim on their website that this thing can cool the air down to more than what your room temperature is, is just a blatant lie. The (alleged) possibility that this thing can put out air with 20 or 10 or even 1°C was the reason why I bought it. Of course, I didn't want to cool my room down to 1°C, but 20 or 18°C would have been nice as I have 28-30°C constantly- When I turned it on and lowered the temp to 1°C it didn't feel like 1°C at all. After some waiting still no cold air. The support worker couldn't even give me an explanation for what Dyson actually means with 1°C. I am so disappointed right now, actually sad even. I was so hyped for that thing.

Levi Ackerman the 1°C setting is a heating setting. So if your room is below that temp it will heat it UP TO 1°C and will try to keep it there. I've been looking at this fan and all the people talking about it aren't too happy with it, cuz it only seems like it's best function is blade-less and heating air
