@@maesto No problem at all since he is Type I, which means he can't produce insulin .. with modern therapies you can pretty much eat anything you want, you just have to compensate for it. There are limits for the total carb amount though, so if its high in sugar you will stay quite hungry after using up the budget. (Type II is an insulin tolerance, you can only limit carbs for this.)

Great video. Really interesting how records can be made from chocolate and can still be played like normal ones. I'm also type 1 diabetic so I can relate to this as you'd need to work out the carbs and stuff before being able to eat it. Nice video!

chocolate records also existed with Stollwerk in the 1900s France, they were part of tin toy phonograph, those records today are still playable, and hard as rocks
