you love watching these because it is the trend nowadays and people make a lot of money hence a crowd mentality i guess, before jumping in at your stage i would suggest ask this question "who am i" , "why do i like this" , "why do i need to make money this way" , "is there any other better way that aligns with me" , "am i brave enough to face that which aligns with me even if it doesnt pay much" , "20years from now do i need to sit 12-14years infront of computer" , "is this the story i want to say to god on how i lived my life"

Oh yeah? If there is such a high demand for Cloud engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and data scientists, how come I can't find a job after getting my CCNA, Security+, Google Cybersecurity, Google Data Analytics, and AWS Cloud, how come no bites after sending my resume out to many companies. Maybe I need to try harder? Or the economy overall is bad and many such experts are already laid off? AI is taking jobs? What is it?

How many years of experience do you have? Do you have a portfolio? It seems like junior roles are drying up fast… But mid and senior level roles are increasing and in abundance. Especially in the gov sector. I get companies reaching out to me regularly. I can get interviews regularly… But at the same time, Im trying to help a friend get into cloud and barely any entry roles are available Its getting tougher for the new comers in tech. You’ll have to work harder and set yourself apart.

You motivate me to continue pushing in the cloud industry. I have always wanted to be a cloud engineer. I am currently a junior cloud administrator (1st Line basically), been on it for about 6 months now after completing an apprenticeship and moved roles within the same company. I really want to get on your academy because I'm someone who learns by watching other people do it and show me how to do it. And also getting my hands dirty. I'm currently not able afford to join your academy. I don't know if you have a payment plan in place or I could just come back when I have close to $2k dollars saved.

I work cyber but was put on a cloud security project and couldn't believe how much business demand there is for cloud security work. I have shifted completely to that and want to niche down even more into AI/ML cloud security engineering.

Do an internship and then you have experience. Certs … good for companies to get partner contract discounts, but this is mainly for IT service providing businesses. So try to get in with an MSSP type of company.

You can genuinely be and do whatever you like - if you dream big enough and every day put in the time and effort. It’s going to take big sacrifices especially at the start. But you have to enjoy the journey, the process. And the outcome will figure itself out. The problem in 2024 is everyone wants success overnight, when in reality, overnight success takes 10 years. You’re good if you know all that man. Just get some Amazon and either azure or GCP certs. Make sure you can script with bash and python.
