Shatner used to count the number of lines he had on Star Trek; if Nimoy had more, he took some away for his character. He also took lines that he liked from other characters.

Lawyer not so special I rember when wrestlmania was in Toronto I walked up nicely when I saw him hall and Nash he would not let me take a pic with him I'm 52 now I got over it
