I loved this talk. I watched it more than twice to learn from it. Essence: 1.understand your audience (specific) 2. Paint a picture using wording and images of your audience 3. Propose Choose a good timing. You need to give, before you ask. So that, when your proposal comes, the ground is ready. The other is already waiting for your proposal.

This is great. She made it clear. Be specific, address the problem, use imagery, and help solve the problem.

I just went to Kent State today to try and get people to sign on for government positions. I come from a literary background. I cannot wait to use these techniques!!!

"Stories are proven to affect behavior!" -- I love the message but I just remember that one moment where so many people just went, "I have no enemies" after that vinland saga scene.

I don't always commit 12minutes to a TED Talk, but I do want to be a good storyteller. Kelly isn't just presenting... she is connecting.

God loves you and takes care of you so that this message reaches you. God is the one who created this great universe and has complete control over it. And the greatest loss that a person loses in this life is that he lives while he does not know God who created him, knowing the Messenger of Muhammad, the last of the messengers, and the Islamic religion, the last of the heavenly religions. The great intelligence, before you believe in something or not, is to read it, study it, and understand it well, and then you have the choice to believe in it or not. I advise you on this now before you do not have time to do that.
