Great presentation of the choice the business world has, Michelle! We can choose short term profitability in which we don't care who or what gets hurt. Or we can choose long term thriveability in which we STILL make a profit but do so only in ways that do not destroy. Destructive vs Constructive thinking... asking ourselves "What are we building from a future generations perspective?" is desperately needed today... in 2022!

Michelle in understanding the failure of the business machine paradigm the monetary system has to be included. The monetary structure as its currently conceived tilts the whole playing field towards money therefore making your very sensible and wise approach an uphill battle vis a vis a game of systemic energy capture by Banking institutions. I agree on the coffee...she has such an intriguing concept but the mic is too close to her mouth or they have it on too loud - its distracting to hear her drinking and lip smacking...great content though!

I wish I could enjoy this more but there is so much spit making noise in her mouth, and every time she takes a drink of her coffee I am thoroughly annoyed. Learn how to be a better public speaker!
