My own feelings on this is that she widens whatever divide there is. She just points out some of the obvious issues and doesn't talk pro actively about ways of living as a community. I feel there are better spokespeople out there, Trisha Goddard comes across as a person that can listen, think and debate issues in a calmer manner and get her point over. Shola seems to fire people up in a way of anger.

Shola Mos-Shogbamimu's decision to leave Nigeria-a country rife with corruption, poverty, religious and tribal prejudices, and discrimination against LGBTQ+ communities-to champion activism in the UK raises questions about her integrity and priorities. Instead of using her platform and "activism skills" to tackle the deep-rooted injustices in her home country, where her voice could make a tangible difference, she has chosen to fight in a more stable nation like the UK. This selective activism suggests a focus on gaining fame and relevance in a Western context rather than addressing the urgent struggles of her own people, highlighting a disconnect between her professed values and actions.

I have never understood this mentality, that when a person suffers some adverse circumstance through no fault of their own or something haha they cannot change, they should not speak of it and somehow it is their fault not the person(s) who put them in their unfortunate state. That mindset is just a way to convince victims to be ashamed and to not call out the perpetrators. This allows the perpetrators to victimize in perpetuity. The victim can make the best of their circumstances but if the perpetrators continue to opresss them they should take it quietly and be praised by others who are not suffering? That makes no sense.

Too bad peaceful protesting. carrying placards. chanting in.streets is not allowed in UK.. This woman does a worthy job. I absolutely love and adore her. Thanks so much for speaking on Meghan.s behalf.

dr Shola Mos- Shogbamimu . if there ever was a person that could cause problems between different shades of skin, this is the person. she goes on about racial inequality but holds a job that most white people don't . we all make our mark in this world in different ways. some good , some bad. I work in a factory earning a fairly good wage along with my friends from brazil, Hungary, poland ,romania and usa. i myself am from australia. we are all equal in this factory so don't bang on about racism. you should be locked up for stirring up racial hatred

Damn, since you're saying racism doesn't take place where you work, doesn't mean racism doesn't exist elsewhere. Your mindset-Don't rock the boat...IGNORANCE!

@peter cole : Jealous - Why don't you go get further education and get a yourself a degree if you want success. Dr Shola went to University to get where she is today.
