also in the book: Leaders must always feel checked by systems and people. If not, their brain physically (!) changes into a HIGHLY POWER ADDICTED brain. That's what scientific experiments (!) show us.

There is a phrase, Winner takes it all. Is it really true? How can we define winner at all? Last year I was in America for a year and a half for a bigger dream. Because people usually say that their dreams get bigger when they play in big water, maybe mine too. But I was frustrated. I have constantly discredited myself among the various races that pass by every day. Of course, cities, as the presenter says, quickly activate people's brains and make them close to winners by coming into contact with various fields. But the city always has a lots of people and I got depression from it. My conclusion is that everyone has a preferred form of life and that if you do your best there, you're all the same winners.

I totally disagree. Winning is a result of resources, access to capital, inside information, and access to influential people and trainers. You don't have these available you won't be the champion of anything. Talent is a given.
