On this 3rd memorial anniversary of late Col. Jill, I watched this again. Her message is timeless.

Thanks, Jill. There is room for people to step up into leadership everywhere. I trust this will inspire many to step up and MAKE it to the best of their ability.

Wonderful, heartfelt stories that humanize leadership, and a fine acronym -- MAKE -- to keep her ideas memorable.

"SAVE LIVES AND BRING FREEDOM" is so abstract, it almost sounds like an US propaganda slogan.

Women have a place but not beside men! Men are our strength, wish we would stop denying it! As a woman of two son and a daughter, men are far stronger than women!

I'm a man and I disagree with you. Strength is not about lifting things, it's about ambition, can-do attitude and determination. Women can be besides, behind or in front of men. It's up to them.
