Powerful talk Max. We often run at 100mph and you’ve illustrated the value of actually pausing to bring teams together more, build that bond and trust and actually enjoy what we’re doing. Monday mornings are Go!

What an important concept! Leadership is often seen as a solo act, with others following. Bringing togetherness and human connection not only makes leadership less lonely but more successful. Thanks, Max.

That is one very key element, agreed. 'Unfortunately' the role of the leader/ manager/ culture has a HUGE impact. We need to also focus there

Great question :) I won’t pretend to be happy/ joyful all the time (far from it).. however my tip for a more contented life lies in my biggest value: ‘everything happens for a reason’. Taking the downs in my stride, knowing that it will reveal its purpose one day. Hope that helps!

What a great concept and message around leadership.The wall of frustration is a great excercise - but leaders might see things pop up they don't want to hear - but the truth shall set you free!

So true, Togetherness is not only the basis of great team work, if you have a feeling of Togetherness in your company, it's driving your culture as well. Togethership goes a step further, it is more intentional, initiated by the leader.

@@chiefjoyofficerfor me the small details could be a simple word of encouragement , acknowledgment. We have respond in different ways and that ‘small’ but significant thing to someone can make a big big difference
