So true, Togetherness is not only the basis of great team work, if you have a feeling of Togetherness in your company, it's driving your culture as well. Togethership goes a step further, it is more intentional, initiated by the leader.

Small details should indeed not be underestimated. In your opinion, what is an example of a small detail in our Togethership approach that makes a big difference?

@@chiefjoyofficerfor me the small details could be a simple word of encouragement , acknowledgment. We have respond in different ways and that ‘small’ but significant thing to someone can make a big big difference

I’ve been in enough teams to know that it’s a collective responsibility to take ownership of each individuals role .. nothing happens without a cohesive effort in my humble opinion

Powerful talk Max. We often run at 100mph and you’ve illustrated the value of actually pausing to bring teams together more, build that bond and trust and actually enjoy what we’re doing. Monday mornings are Go!

Great question :) I won’t pretend to be happy/ joyful all the time (far from it).. however my tip for a more contented life lies in my biggest value: ‘everything happens for a reason’. Taking the downs in my stride, knowing that it will reveal its purpose one day. Hope that helps!
