“We talk about having a relationship with your body, well if it was actually a relationship, it wasn’t my body that wanted a divorce, it was my brain!” This sentence really resonated with me. Thank you, Michelle, for your courage & for how you lead - walking the talk with humanness. Looking forward to reading your book!

I think we should start thinking about the body as not only the exterior but also the interior. Her story has proved how the body isn’t just the outside but the inside. We need to start empowering and loving and and being proud of what our bodies can do. Not just how they can look.

You did so well with this talk, congratulations! How wonderful and emotional it was. I didn't watch it right away cause I was in a bad place and knew I wouldn't be able to really hear what you say. Now I'm so happy to finally have seen it. I follow you for quite some time now in Instagram where you do such a wonderful thing with your daily reminders and just the positivity and joy you spread without the "let's pretend everything is perfect" we see too often on Instagram. I clicked on "ordering" for your book faster than I could think because I just knew it will be brilliant and I want to support you and acknowledge the hard work you do. I can't wait for it to come out! It's a miracle how your body fought and still fights for you and a blessing for us all that we get to meet you and listen to you. Keep doing what you're doing and it will change the world, I'm sure of it! 💜

A brave, courageous and honest speech that should be played for all girls and boys in schools.. Kids are faced with judgements that causes early frustrations and sometimes, bullying and even suicide. Play Michelle's words and it will give those children and young adults self worth and acceptance of their bodies ... I know, it helped me and have lived with self body hate for many years.. Brava, Michelle! Judi

Michelle! This is amazing I’m so so proud of you and this talk is so very needed in our twisted world. You taught me and are teaching me every day to feel strength and confidence in my body, and more than that even you’re teaching me to share this concept with the people in my life that I love so that they may love their bodies again, too🖤

Brilliant! What an important message! I'm now 65 with a serious poochy stomach. I hate it...but no matter how little I eat...it never leaves. Ugh! What a bad time to let myself get seriously out of shape. I used to be slim, muscular, and strong. When my marriage fell apart...I fell apart. But...I'm not giving up! I feel like I'm 45 not 65 most days...so I am convinced I can get back into shape and at least be strong again. So...thank you for this awesome message...from now on...I will not hate my body anymore. I will love it back to shape.

CjC I suggest you take a deeper look at her message on her Instagram page! It’s all about NOT feeling the need to change your body because of the diet/fashion/health industries making up lies that we have to be skinny to be liked/happy/in a relationship/successful/etc. You’ve already spent so many years trying to change your body, why waste anymore?! Go live and soak up however many long years you have left on earth in your body you have right NOW :D
