Most of the people in my life who have accused me of "being too angry," were the ones trying to break me down, the ones violating my boundaries, insulting me, or trying to manipulate me.

I don't want to avoid being angry, being angry gives instant gratification. What I want is to avoid the moments that my mind takes my power of critical thinking away because now all I want to do is yell obscenities at this guy over here. I want my anger to be controllable and useable. I don't want to have the immense regrets because I allowed myself to be rude. I don't want to be a rude person.

@Mark Donald you're never angry at the wrong things, anger is never "wrong" neither is any emotion. Anger can be misdirected, but only if you fail to act at the initial thing which made you angry in the first place. Stop seeing anger as a negative and you can avoid that

It makes me angry lol that all the people in my life don’t understand anger like this and that I’ve always had to feel bad or like something was wrong with me and I was the problem for feeling as I feel while I watch really intentionally shady people get away with “murder”. Anger can never have an upside if you are unskillful with your anger. If you let it out for the wrong reasons at the wrong time and at the wrong people it fails to have any advantage whatsoever. This in and of itself causes anger. Life is just a pile of pain and unresolved difficulties

i can't control myself in anger after being frustrated or irritated, just can't explain how angry it makes me. I love my family but sometimes i get so angry and mad at them that i can't explain, more than slamming doors throwing newspaper and books. If someone taunts more than enough then it just evokes extreme frustration, irritation and anger. It is extreme when playing games, bcuz when i loose in the game it makes me to just kill that guy, once i find him. All my favorite are rage games. Please help me to control it.

An animal caught in a trap, will gnaw off it's own leg to escape. What will you do? I must not fear... I must not fear... Fear is the mind-killer. Fear, is the little death that brings obliteration. And I'll face my fear and I'll permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past... I will turn the inner eye and see its path. And where the fear has gone, there will be nothing. Only I will remain. Like sifting sand through a screen, we sift people. If you had been unable to control your impulses, like an animal. We couldn't let you live.

Imagine if your oppenent is less angrier than you but lot more cruel than you, he won't care even if he breaks your bones, it will satisfy him and for that satisfaction he will damage you more. Have you faced something like being bullied by whole class? it happened for year with me, but now if they will beat me or bully me now. then i won't show them anger but the extreme cruelty that i have gathered since they bullied me . Wanna mess around with me? i am not tough guy but very cruel you can say i will kill you like a ghoul.

Go into a room by yourself and just yell. You will feel better. Once you let the anger out you will feel calm.
