His mom reminds us that it's ok to just laugh. That's why I loved her. She didn't take anything too seriously and she just always laughed at the absurdity of it all. I loved that about her. Sometimes things don't have to be so dire and serious.

Michael has been my inspiration. I have a dual diagnosis, including ASD, which has hampered my ability to grow. I received my Dx three years ago now, and since then, I have understood my barriers and am finding ways to overcome them. I am about to finish a Cert IV course which I have enjoyed greatly (I received minimal adjustments) and at nearly 60, I am looking forward to the balance of my days being very much more colourful. Thank you Michael, and dont stop travelling ✈

I do hope that Michael does find a beautiful girl at some point in the future. Dating is hard for everyone, even if you aren't on the spectrum, and almost all people have experienced rejection and heartbreak. I am glad to see that Michael is thinking of other ways to use his newfound fame from the show. Doing a Ted Talk was a great idea! He is a very likeable human being with a great sense of humor. Here's to hoping he continues to find success in his life!

I don’t think this guy realizes that by doing what he’s doing and being the best version of himself like he’s doing he’s liable to find a awesome girlfriend or possible wife as well. It’s counter intuitive because I think for many people who are on the spectrum they lean in heavily to whatever they’re interested in and if they just work insanely hard at it it works out. That’s an awesome gift in many ways but it’s hard because it doesn’t work that way always for finding a partner. But I think with what he’s doing I feel really optimistic that he will find somebody who’s really great(and be successful as just an individual as well)

At 1:20, Michael stated that he didn't find a Girlfriend. However, he missed that opportunity during "Love on the Spectrum - Australia" with Heather as he had several dates with her, even met their parents, only to be a total failure in the end when she didn't call back for weeks. Talk about being punished for hard work. Michael has to bear some responsibility for being impatient with Heather, especially when she is trying to better her life with an education. Remember the old saying that "absence makes the heart grow fonder". If Michael can learn from his mistakes with Heather, including learning that there are times when she won't be able to call due to other commitments which doesn't mean that she lost interest in him, he has potential to get the right woman for him.
